We are so happy you’re here, welcome to the family! This blog will be run by yours truly, Jeremy Castro, and my beautiful wife Lauren Castro. This blog will be dedicated to many interests. In brief, I am a physician and Lauren is a speech language pathologist currently based in Boston, MA though call Philadelphia, PA home. Between the two of us there are many interests primarily rooted in family, friends, food, cooking, and physical/mental health. We have two cats, Chicken Nugget and Scooter and more importantly are welcoming our first child, a baby boy! We hear this come with a new set of challenges…to be continued.
